I’m a Texas-based Latina cosplayer specializing in sewing and pattern-making.
I frequent the Texas anime convention circuit as both a guest and attendee and am experienced in presenting panels, judging cosplay contests, and more!

My passion for wearing costumes started when I was very small, and my abuela indulged me by making me pretty dresses and costumes. That joy never disappeared as I grew older, so cosplay was a natural thing I fell into.
I always had specific visions in mind for costumes, so eventually I asked my abuela to teach me how to sew so that I could make things exactly the way I wanted. That was in 2008, so that summer she taught me her vast sewing and patterning knowledge. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to constantly improving my skills in order to create costumes that make me feel proud and accomplished!
I usually draft my patterns from scratch, just the way my abuela taught me. That led me to honing my Adobe Illustrator skills, which I use to digitally draft custom patterns for sewing and cosplay. Pattern-making is a passion of mine, and I want to extend that zeal into creating patterns for cosplay that is inclusive of plus-sized persons. Cosplay is for everyone, and I want for people feel confident and happy in their costumes, just the way I am in mine.
My costume-making passion has also led to other skills besides just sewing and patterning. Modeling is one of those, and I have worked in front of cameras since the early days of my cosplay journey.
Additionally, I also dabble in photography - my specialty is in editing photos in Photoshop and Lightroom. I shoot on a Sony Alpha mirrorless camera body and enjoy taking and editing photos for friends.

Please note that cosplay is just my hobby, so I do not accept commissions of any kind. However, I do occasionally make special pieces for close friends or family, so those may be featured in my portfolio.
